She is very passionate about people and feels that human resources are the most important aspect of any successful leading organisation. She has worked as Country level HR Head for Fortune 100 group of companies at international level. Also, she has been exposed to running her own business in Food industry, Education, HR Consultancy, Real Estate & Sports.
Besides her corporate career, she is known name in cycling fraternity in Delhi/NCR. She has accomplished Super Randonneur title in 2016 making her the first female from Delhi/NCR to achieve this. She has recently completed 1200 kms of cycling in 90 hours making her the third female in India to complete this distance. She is an active cyclist & Barefoot Marathon runner who is aspiring to participate in Ironman competitions in coming years.
